Internal Stables

RSS YORKSHIRE have two standard ranges which we manufacture from our production facility in North Yorkshire. The stables can be ordered in standard sizes (10’, 12’ and 14’ partitions) Or in Custom sizes and layouts to suit your building. We can also manufacture stables to your specific design.

Stables are offered as supply only or fully installed packages.

If you would like to discuss your requirements you can request a site visit from one of our team. All our stables are manufactured from steel and hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 providing a long low maintenance life.

Premier Stables Upper & Lower Infills

32-34mm thick tongue & groove board in tanalised softwood, Hardwood or recycled plastic
Half grille partitions with 25mm round tubes at 50mm spacings for safety
¾ boarded partitions with talk grille
Fully boarded partitions

Livery Stables Upper & Lower Infills

18mm phenolic faced plywood as standard (tongue&groove available on request)
Half grille partitions with 2”x2”x8g weld mesh
¾ boarded partitions with talk grille

25mm round tubes with a 50mm gap offer a lighter open feel to your stables whilst fully boarded partitions are suitable for highly strung horses or where contact with other horses is not preferable.

Phenolic faced hardwood plywood to lower and end partitions, whith weld mesh inserts to the front.

'Premier' stable with tanalised softwood tongue & groove and a ¾ boarded partition

Premier stable with recycled plastic tongue & groove and vertical roundbar inserts.

Half grille partition with recycled plastic t&g boards

Premier stable system with hardwood timber and round tube infills.

Doors

As standard our stables come with a hinged stable door complete with heavy duty adjustable hinges, pad bolts and kick over latch. In addition we also offer fully boarded top doors, top doors with a full grille or anti-weave bars.

Our sliding doors are ideal where space outside the stable is limited and again are supplied as either open topped, fully boarded, anti-weave or with full grille.

Stable Matting

We supply a wide range of stable matting and rubber flooring suitable for stable lining. If you require rubber matting for other applications see our commercial flooring page.

Custom Stable Design

RSS Yorkshire were contracted to build a custom internal stables to fit on an existing block wall for stables in Kirkandrews-on-Eden, near Carlisle in Cumbria.

Built around 90 x 90mm round posts with finials. Round tubes infill to the top with recycled black plastic boards for the lower door infill. Although the picture sdon't show it we also installed sealed and bonded floor and wall matting on the inside of each stall.
